Frequently Asked Questions

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking to make any reservation.

We recommend booking in advance. On weekdays we can often accommodate 2-3 days prior. For weekends we suggest 2 weeks notice to ensure you get the appointment you want. Check out our Instagram stories for last minute availability.

We recommend that guests arrive 10-15 mins prior to their service start time. This allows our guests time to get changed into complementary robes and slippers, as well as fill out a required health history form.

An insurance receipt is provided for all registered services. Please check with your insurance company to ensure coverage.

We welcome guests 12 and older when accompanied by a parent or guardian. A completed health history form is mandatory and must be signed by the parent or guardian if under 18 years of age.

Auto-gratuity of 18% will be applied to groups of 5+, spa package guests & LPG/Endermologie package purchases.

Taxes plus an auto-gratuity of 18% will be applied to voucher guests prior to their visit.

We enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment, please ensure you contact us the day prior.

Spa Day packages require a 25% upfront payment to reserve the booking. 48-hour notice is required for package modifications and cancellations.

We do not offer refunds on products or services. However, we are happy to offer an account credit for future use on unused products or services. Gift cards are final sale.
