This dynamic and challenging sequence of postures that synchronizes breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Yang Yin Yoga is designed to offer the balancing effects of Yin (passive) and Yang (active) styles of yoga. This class draws upon the more internal, quiet and longer held postures, balanced with the more active, moving and dynamic or heat producing yoga postures to create a holistic body experience. A challenging mat class that is focused on building flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abs, arms and back. It focuses on breathing, body alignment and core strength while improving coordination and balance. A meditative, slow-paced practice that uses long, deep stretching to enhance joint mobility and flexibility. A passive and quiet practice to end your day and increase the flow of Prana for improved health and well-being. Most poses are seated or lying down. All levels welcome. – 60 Min.

Barre-based workouts focus on sculpting the body using a ballet barre, weighted balls, resistance bands and one’s own body weight.
